How does Plushly apply to jobs for me?
Add your resume and application information, review matching jobs, and approve the ones you want. Plushly prepares materials and attempts submission on supported employer forms. Review the recorded result: a queued or failed attempt is not a verified submission.
What is the difference between autofill and auto-apply?
Autofill helps enter information into a form you are completing. Auto-apply also attempts submission on your behalf. Coverage and review controls differ by product and application system, so check the actual workflow before choosing a tool.
Which application systems does Plushly support?
The retained automation path supports Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday. A supported system does not guarantee every form will complete. Other systems may require a manual application. Do not assume LinkedIn Easy Apply or Handshake automation is included.
Does paid automation work outside the United States?
Paid automation is limited to eligible U.S. applications. International browsing or waitlist access does not mean international automated submissions are available.
What should I do if an application needs information I have not provided?
Provide the missing information accurately or finish the application manually. Do not invent credentials, employment history, work authorization, or other screening answers. Check the application status before treating an attempt as submitted.
Will auto-apply guarantee an interview?
No. Employers decide whom to interview and hire. Application volume, a queue entry, or an AI-generated resume is not evidence of an interview or a job offer.
