    Your profile supplies the facts

    Your resume and application information establish what the agent can say. Review extracted employment dates, contact information, education and credentials. Tailoring can change emphasis and wording; it must not add an experience or qualification you do not have.

    You control which jobs enter the workflow

    Check the actual posting before approving it. Remote jobs can still restrict residency or work authorization. A role title alone does not establish fit, and a match score does not override an employer requirement.

    Background work can stop for an answer

    A required screening question, assessment, portal account or unsupported form can prevent completion. Open Review for requested information and check the result afterward. There is no guaranteed submission time or interview outcome.

    Application checklist

    1. Confirm your application facts

      Upload your resume and check employment history, education, contact details, location and work authorization. Supply factual answers yourself; a tool cannot decide your legal eligibility.

    2. Review the current employer posting

      Check location, seniority, required credentials, closing date and the employer application portal. Save only jobs you actually want and are eligible to perform.

    3. Approve a supported application

      Review the prepared materials and approve the job. Plushly supports eligible U.S. applications on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday; an individual form can still require a manual step.

    4. Resolve requests for information

      Open Review when an application needs an answer. Confirm the requested fact accurately before continuing. Do not replace a missing qualification or work authorization answer with a guess.

    5. Check the recorded result

      A saved, queued or processing application is not a submission. Check for a verified submission or a specific failure before applying again so that you do not create duplicate applications.
